Couple Deathwing queries

Well the first one is simple.

Is a DW sgt still stuck with his power sword and storm bolter?

Secondly, is a 10 man assault termie squad too much, as I've got models for it.

I was thinking/wanting to run them but I'm used to the 5 man squad size. I would need to convert a lt claw to a sgt to run the 2 5 man, which is why the 1st question is.

Change the second bullet point to:
‘• Any model can replace his storm bolter and
power fist with:
- Pair of lightning claws ............................................. free
- Thunder hammer and storm shield..........5 pts/model'

So, yes, the Sergeant is stuck with his storm bolter and power sword forever, because he doesn't have a power fist to swap.

It's a terrible ruling and I hate it and I don't know what was wrong with the Codex's original wording of "all his weapons." It makes it impossible to go full-on Terminator Assault Squad without allying in some other marines. And that's just plain weird.
