This is a Rogue Trader and his retinue. Custom conversions made from Games Workshop 40k minis.
The Rogue Trader himself is proudly waving his writ of commission.
His retinue consists of: an astropath, mechanicus adept, navigator, preacher, medical officer, lexmechanic with a scanner, master at arms with a chainsword, arbites judge with flamer, and an enforcer.
Can be used for 40k, counts as Astra Militarum HQ, with retinue.
