Where are the rules for Relic Predator weapons in IA13?

So I just got my FW IA13 book, and I cannot find the plasma destroyer nor the magna-melta rules in the back section. am I blind?

I found the rules for those weapons in IA2. When I got my copy of of IA13 I couldnt figure out why it wasnt in there either.
