Hope everyone had a great Xmas, just got back home from my parents place. didn't get much in the way of hobby this year, but my brother saved me from an entirely hobby less Xmas with a box of Space Marine Scout Bikers and the TPB of Batman: Hush. Got a Hudl2 tablet too off the folks, so huzzah, I now have something to use e-books and dataslates on finally.

I imagine that was just a joke and that you don't really truly not get it, but, well... the joke isn't exactly nice. I do my best to be good to people all year long, just as I'm supposed to as a Christian, and often help people to the point that it's been a detriment to my own happiness at times.

Consider this when you're about to make a joke about someone's religion: Would you go up to a gay person and start telling homophobic jokes? Or even anywhere else, would you tell them? If not, why is it okay to tell a joke that negatively stereotypes a religion?
