Any speculation as to what this might be? Personally I'm hoping for Garro... Finally.

Well its got marine shoulder pads and its on a raised base... so potentially could be.

the heavy ridges on the shoulder pads made me think Perturabo too

That kind of armour and the presence of a bolter makes me think it could be Alexis Polux of the Imperial Fists, as he does have a combi-melta.

I reckon it's Alexis Pollux too which makes me very happy, as he'll be a nice addition to my army in some form. Almost finished the 3rd Company so will be needing a captain for the 5th Company which I'm starting on next, he should fit the bill nicely!

I have to disagree with it being Pollux. I think the small Templar Cross on the gorget is a clue and the really PO'd look on his face, makes it more likely to be Sigesmund. I think the eagle is not a shield but part of the scenic base to further exemplify the Imperial Fists.

The Templar Cross was more common in the Fists back then, it would probably end up on a lot of armour. Plus, Sigismund would definitely have a far more dynamic pose than Polux who *Spoiler Alert! - STOP READING HERE, SPOILING RIGHT DOWN THE PAGE* inherited command when his superiors died at Phall, thus this more reserved and resolute stance.

And that's definitely a shield, powerfist has yet to be revealed and I'm pretty sure it will be. Besides, as we move forward, the Battle of Phall is next on the list and Sigismund was still on Terra by the time they heard about the conflict at Phall, so it stands to reason that Sigismund would appear later and Polux would shine now and we'll soon see Perturabo fairly soon. (And as we work our way towards the Angel Exterminatus eventually Daemon Fulgrim.)
