For the Black Templars can the Swordbrethren have jump packs?

Black Templars Codex entry pg 35. Theres no mention of being able to equip them with jumpacks.

hmmm.....now I gotta decide weather to bust my friends bubble who is putting them together or just let him get away with it. Well I don't see any reason why not so guess that will be just a fun lil unit.

Infiltrating jumppacks? Or Furious charge jumppacks. Either way with rerolls on to hit, and possible lightning claws. That's just nasty.

That would kind of remove the entire "Black Templar" thing.
