Codex Release History [help needed]

Me and some friends are trying to compile a list of all the Warhammer 40k Codexes in the proper order and year of release.
Dating from the most current/upcoming codex to the very first. I figured there would be no better place to get help than from you guys with building a list, or perhaps someone has already made a full list of such, could anyone offer me a link?

Correct us if we are wrong and feel free to add

I believe it's in the correct order. At least for 4th and 5th edition.

The current DE codex is a "2nd edition" in that they re-released it with some corrections. It is from the era of 3rd edition 40K.

The Catachan codex was a 3rd Ed codex, not 4th Ed. I'm not sure of the year. I started playing in 2000 and it was out then.
