I'm looking for a resolution to this issue...

Can a model with a combat drug upgrade use the same option more than once? For example, can you choose to apply the +1 attack modifier multiple times or the +1 strength modifier etc.?

Nevermind, found the answer in the FAQ. Not sure why I didn't see it before. :P The answer is no.

Glad you found your answer! I have a related question, since the topic's come up... for the "Reroll CC Misses" drug effect, do you reroll both missed Hits and missed Wounds? I occassionally proxy the Dark Eldar, and while my opponents support the rerolling of missed wounds, I'm having doubts about it. It seems too powerful, on an already-awesome HQ...

Failure to wound is not a miss, no. Combat Drugs (e) only affects attempts to hit in CC.

You don't "miss" wounds, you simply fail to wound.
