brothers

i was given this mini not sure what it is but came from WHF ive been thinking bout using it as either a chaos lord in an ancient suit of Terminator armour or a termie champion/sgt i also have about 20 AOBR terminators to convert so i can use them in my pre-heresy NL as well as my chaos NL

Looks great, except those lighting claws both appear to be left handed...

Idd, the right hand could use a thumb. Is the black termie anyhow related?

No, I see both hands look normal, although its a bit hard to tell because of the angle of the photo.

Looks like a great conversion to me.

Oh, nevermind. It was hard to see the thumb from the angle and I assumed the spikes were the thumb. You know what happens when you assume.

I like it. Not very often you see a Night Lord or an Archaon conversion. Even less you see him on foot. Noice. :)

The base of the model, if you're interested, is the 'Archaon on Foot' model distributed, I believe, during the summer campaign 'Storm of Chaos.' It's a somewhat awkward model if the head and weapons aren't positioned just right, and even then...

The conversion looks pretty good, presonally I chose to use one of my two as an Inquisitor Lord in power armour. The lightning claws are a fun idea, though his left arm looks in the picture like it's bent a little funny. The winged helmet looks great though!

Have fun painting him, he's a beasty model and will make a great Termi Sergeant or somesuch.
