which is the most current rules for the blight drone? i have imperial armour appocalypse but i also have an updated version on the website one version is 2 hull points and the other is 3 not sure which is the latest?

The Forgeworld Download I see (and think you are referencing) is the 'Vehicles Update - 20/07/2012'
This was for 6th edition (as the document title says).

The most recent Imperial Armour Apocalypse book was released in July of 2013. Since it is the newest publication, I would think it takes precedence.
