The overall plan is to move the 4 rhinos up, flanked by the 2 landspeeder squadrons on either side, and thegknight close behind. To be honest, I feel like I'm missing....something, thoughts guys (and/or girls)?

I don't think the heavy bolter land speeders bring much to the table... I'd turn them into some TFCs (you could easily get the FOC slots if you just broke your list into two CADs, which is easy since you already have 2 HQs) or Stormtalons (at least one escorting in the Fire Raptor).

The Fire Raptor is amazing... I use one myself and it's just brutal. The Tactical squads I'd make sure to get up to 10 man each (since a Rhino can hold 12) because that allows you to combat squad inside them, giving you 3 squads with objective secured that have to be dealt with, individually per troop selection! (That's really really good, and annoying; it soaks up a lot of firepower from your enemy).

Garradon is fun, and fluffy, but I haven't had too much success with him, although his squad being an HQ choice isn't too bad now that everything scores.

If you have any points left at the end, you could always use some more ablative wounds on the Devastators (although redundancy you have helps) so they aren't too expensive of a loss per-casualty.

Overall, I like the list (except for the speeders).

Thanks for the advice!! The speeders were just an idea, but now that you mention it I can see TFCs fitting in alot better, cheers mate :)
