A long while back a space marine armylist known as thunder bubble list existed, essentially thunder hammer storm shield terminators surrounding a few devastator squads and vindicators. Providing a nearly invincible wall of 3+ invuls you dare not close combat and cover saves to the protected tanks and infantry.
They'd sit at the back and drop shots and templates all day.
I considered how eldar could pull off these shenanigans and instantly thought of the Wraith Bone rule with the eldar data slate, providing a 4+ cover save to anything behind it, hide wave serpents with a holofield generators, Guardians with a warlock and rangers.
So I composed this list, what's your thoughts?
