Well, it's Eldar allied with Eldar, supplements are just attached.

Then how did you get three Shadow Councils? You're only allowed 2 HQs in your primary detachment and up to 2 HQs in an Allied Force. Shadow Councils are only allowed in Iyanden detachments, ergo you should have only 2 Shadow Councils and not 3.

Well you could get more HQ's if you do mutiple CAD.
