Black Library vs. iBooks?

Is anyone having difficulty downloading updates/new purchases from Black Library on iBooks? I did an OS update, but even before that I can down load 'samples' of the books, but my existing codexes/data slates will not update, and I cannot purchase any new novels from Black library :confused:

Other books (unrelated to black library) purchase/download fine. No clue what's going on.

I've never bought something from Black Library directly and then put it on my iPad (except for when they had their own APP, which discontinued). I've always just bought them from iBooks and have had no problems there. Not sure if that answers your question or not :/
