You have to take a Drop Pod as a Fast Attack choice and then deploy them in it. It can't be taken as a dedicated transport (like with Grey Hunters) so it takes a slot in the FoC (if that even still exists).

You can take a drop pod as a FA option. It's not dedicated, so anything that can deploy in a drop pod can deploy inside it, and thus arrive via the drop pod assault rules. Terminators may embark on a drop pod. Ergo, Wolf Guard Terminators may arrive via drop pod.
