7th Ed and drop pods

Hello all,

Can someone please tell me where the drop pod rules are in the 7th Ed rule book. Had my first experience with a drop pod for 7th ed. Opponent landed his drop pod in the first turn, sternguard stepped out, and melta gunned a tank to death......victory point to my opponent for first blood. I challenged him on a drop pod arriving 1st turn, as I believe this was 5th ed ruleset. But we could find no rule on drop pods in the 7th ed rulebook, other than assuming they come in as standard reserves from turn two.

The rules for Drop pods are in the Codex's. Drop pods from the Space Marine Codex have a rules called Drop pod Assault. This rules lets you drop half of your pods rounding up, on the first turn. The others will use the normal reserve rules.

And 4th ed, and 6th ed, and 7th ed. Drop Pod's rules haven't changed.
