Did I miss it, but the other chapters have a special rules. Like salamanders flamecraft and master artisans. And the other chapters have different things.

Wolves are assault specialists, so losts of units are close combat orientated + all units have counter charge and acute senses.

They have their own relics, units, warlord traits, psychic powers, etc. that are distinct from typical Space Marines.

Seriously, they have an entirely different book from the normal Space Marines one. Are you asking for someone to type up the entire book? Or are you asking about something more specific?

Space Wolves do not have Chapter Tactics. Most of them have Acute Senses and Counter-Attack, but this isn't labelled as Chapter Tactics because it's not swappable; you can't choose a Salamanders army from the Space Wolves book, and you can't choose a Space Wolves army from the Space Marines book.

They also have an entirely different way of organising things. Their Scouts are veterans instead of n00bz, and the n00bz wear power armour that comes in infantry, jump infantry and biker flavours. Their Tactical and Devastator equivalents are well-segregated - no heavy weapons in a Grey Hunters squad. They have Stormfangs and Stormwolves instead of Stormravens and Stormtalons. They have frost weapons that are power weapons but stronger. I could go on, but you'd be better off reading the codex than my ramblings.
