Detachment 3 (Iyanden) - HQ = Spiritseer
Troop = WraithBlades (Ghost Axes)

All are standard unless stated otherwise.
Jetbikes are 3 each.
Wraithguard/Blades are 5 each

4 Battle Cannons and 2 Quad-Lascannons is a ton of firepower for a low-point game. But it's believable as a defense force tasked with keeping a Webway portal out of enemy hands, or something like that.

That's exactly what I was thinking.
I normally play quite aggressive armies (Flesh Tearers, Nids, Daemons). I've used a Necron gunline before (2 Doomsday Arks + Monolith) but I wanted to try something with fortifications.
A castle style army, with elite knights guarding it
