United Kingdom local subforums added

Hi everybody.

We have finished an updating pass of the Local Lounge subforums that we initially put up at launch. Based on the user demographics of our community, we've phased out several forums that were not being used, but added in a new expanded United Kingdom sub forum with the major Lounge traffic cities added.

for our UK readers, feel free to use these for any of your local needs like linking up with fellow gamers, talking about events, or any other wargames related talk.
