So, last night got me thinking - where do I check LoS from on a Wave Serpent when I fire the Serpent Shield, and what fire arc does it have?

It says on page 67 "treat this as a hull mounted weapon pointing forward."

The only thing you could argue is where the shield projector is located.

Well it is a manifestation of the defensive shield that protects the vehicle's hull so I usually go for the mid point in between the front 2 parts of the hull as the firing point with a 22.5 degree arc to either side of straight ahead.
