Dimensions of ORK Stompa

I want to scratch build an ORK stompa and don't have access to a model to base the size off of. So If anyone is willing please post the following measurements: Height to top of head, Height to Neck/shoulders, Width of head, Width of neck/shoulders, Width of base, And width of the belly half way up to the neck/shoulders. I want to come close to the basic size and shape so I don't have any problems, so please feel free to toss in any other measurements that you feel will help.

When I built mine, I just found dimensions via google. There are a couple of sites with dedicated ork vehicle dimensions and they have almost everything covered. I think dakkadakka.com and the waaagh.com both have forum topics on it.
