Black Legion question

It said int the Black legion book I can make my chaos lord a black legion lord with the only restriction being I cant use chaos artefacts from the CSM book.

If I do this I get Chosen as a troop choice.
Now if I give that Chaos lord the Mark of Knrone and a juggernaut (what I think im allowed to do) but still being Black Legion
I Also get Berserkers as a troop choice right?

So basically I get Chosen, Berserkers , CSM and cultists all as troop choice and all I have to do is paint my chaos lord black

Yes...but you must also buy votlw making already overpriced marines even more overpriced
