Paint thinner recommendations?

In the GW spray gun thread there lots of mentions of paints thinners but no real specifics - Brands, price etc.

So does anyone out there have any recommendations?

( Ideally for use with Games workshop paints.):)

I've only used tamiya acrylic thinner, which works quite well. Always keen for new ideas though

Thinners can be bought in bulk at craft stores, which is the most economical way of doing it if you plan to use the spray gun often. I use about 25% thinner and 75% water to thin the paint. Honestly, you could probably just use water, too.

Go get yourself a bottle of rubbing alcohol at walmart. It's like 79 cents. The brand doesn't matter lol.
In all seriousness.....give it a try. If it doesn't work the way you want it to....try a manufactured thinner. But in the interest of saving money...try the cheap thing first.
