Deathleaper question

Is deathleaper's ability to reduce leadership by D3 a psychic ability? I don't have the codex and I have a feeling I will play against nids at least once tomorrow in a tournament.

It isnt a Psychic ability. You just choose one enemy character model and that model gets their LD reduced by d3 as long as the deathleaper is alive. So any leadership tests made by that model will be effected. Psychic tests, pinning tests, even using your Psychic hood on a librarian.
