I know painting by yourself can be very boring, it happens to be a lot of the time. I was wondering who would like to join me to make a little Online Group on Skype or on google hangouts. We can show off what we are painting right, Talk about stuff, have fun, make friends and much much more:D. I know some of you are thinking "thats what BOLS is for" yeah i but webcaming and talking on the Mic seems fun to me i bet i am not the only one who thinks that. SO if you want to join send me a PM on here or just post your skype or google hangouts on here.

give it some time, get a small group and try it first, I'm interested, but I'd want to hear how others find the experience first to be honest.

another idea would be to bring it to the attention of bigred, see if he has any thoughts on the matter or would be willing to give it a go and do a review.

haha, Bigred is the sites (owner?) he basically runs things around here, he is also the bloke in charge of the front page and all that, hence if you ask him I'm sure at the least he would have some good tips on how to proceed

Well so far what i am trying to do is get people to make a little group online using skype or google hangout. after that i get the people to set up a time where we can group call each other, Then we talk, show off what we are painting, have fun and other things like that.
For me to set it up i would need more people.

Er, well, my latest dream involved two Knights of Blood (one of whom was a female space marine - don't blame me, it's just my subconscious) who were separated from their company and trying to find their way back to it. One of them fought with two pistols, Cypher-like, and the other had one of those giant two-handed chainswords. Both of them had been bike marines, but their bikes had gotten trashed, so now they rode giant lizards they'd stolen from the Dark Eldar. They were taking advantage of their chapter's bad reputation in the Imperium (which I always imagined translated to a good reputation among others) to find mercenary work while they tried to track down their chapter.

But if you mean some kind of community of folks who get into Google Hangouts to paint together, that's awesome, too :p.

I like this dream of yours lets make it into a book or something we can call it "Dream of the blood knight". Now i feel like painting a model like knights of blood.
