The problem with 7th Edition is that everything is likely to be cheese. The broken combinations are just so huge that it boggles the mind. This is one list I might use today at 1500pts. What is funny is that it is hard to feel bad about it because chances are there will be things far worse:
Another Flying Circus (1500pts)
PRIMARY DETACHMENT (CHAOS SPACE MARINES)
HQ:
Be'lakor 350pts
Winged Nurgle Daemon Prince w/Black Mace, Spell Familiar, Combat Familiar, and Mastery Level-3 Psychic Powers (Warlord) 350pts
Troops:
2x (10) Chaos Cultists with no upgrades. 100pts
Formations:
Helldrake Fear Squadron (which comprises 3 Helldrakes) 510pts
ALLIED DETACHMENT (BLACK LEGION)
HQ:
Chaos Sorcerer w/Eye of Night 140pts
Troop:
(10) Chaos Cultists w/no upgrades 50pts.
*I could, of course, drop the Eye of Night and upgrade the Black Legion Sorcerer to maximum Psychic Mastery. That would add two more Warp Charges, but I have also found the Eye of Night really useful. I have found it so helpful so far that I included the entire allied detachment just so I could put it in. :D
