Cobra Commander - IG conversion

A friend of mine is painting up his IG guys like the old-school GI Joe cartoon badguys, so I offered to convert a Cobra Commander for him.

I took the metal Officers with Powerfists blister and snagged the guy on the left here:

...and did some filing, shaving, slicing, and a little bit of painting to get this:
