Well, it's 8 May 2014, and the weather is a bit bobbins in Old Lahndahn Tahn.

But who cares! SUMMER IS ON IT'S WAY! WOOOOO!

What's everyone got planned for the long evenings when we aren't at work the next day? Anything cool? Anything recommendable?

Me, Imma git me a car end of June, opening up a great deal of nonsense opportunities for Juily, August and September (long summers down south). Thinking trips to the cost, random 'lets find cricket' drives on a Sunday (despite being a Scot, I can appreciate Cricket, but only when sat outside a village pub with a decent pint) and going to various small festivally type things concerned about food.

Oh, and possibly the odd drive to old Doctor Who locations, because I'm that Nerdy.

How about you?

Well there's obviously my annual pilgrimage to Bloodstock in August.
Beyond that avoid the sun as much as possible :p

*shrug* Largely, working.

Other times, festival going, gig attending, getting drunk, skanking with friends, just generally being a don. :D

Probably some boating.
Definately some pub garden action.

Other than that business as usual.

Oh and moving house, if the solicitors ever get there overpaid ***** in gear.

I'm gonna go into hibernation until it's nice and wintery again. I hate summer. The only plus side of summer is that hopefully there will be some dry days when I get some spray painting done.

This has been a magnificently crappy winter for the Paladin family. I can't wait for summer break.

For reasons I've yet to fathom, my summer break has been extended from its customary 6 weeks to 7, so I plan to do something spectucaly wasteful with that extra week, just cos I can. Probably just spend it sat in my pants or something.

I got near drowned on the walk to work this morning.
