Crimson Slaughter (Army Builder) Daemon Prince & the Black Mace

I'm trying to figure out if Army Builder is simply incorrect (it wouldn't be the first time) or if there is something I'm missing. When I select Crimson Slaughter and build an army it seems correct for my Warlord, allowing me only to choose from the CR relics. For a Daemon Prince, however, it doesn't allow access to any relics and instead allows me to choose the standard stuff, i.e. a Black Mace if I want it. Is this correct? What am I missing? I know the Daemon Prince cannot choose Daemonheart, but I don't see any reason it can't choose the other relics or be able to grab normal things.

Also, Army Builder isn't making Plague Marines scoring when I give my CR Chaos Lord the Mark of Nurgle. I don't see anything in the CR book that removes that basic Chaos Lord perk. Am i missing something there?

Sounds like a bug in the program - you ought to be able to do both those things, AFAIK.

That's what it looks like to me. My reading of the rules indicates a CR Daemon Prince CANNOT take the artifacts from the CSM Book (since he is a character) and must instead choose from CR Relics (excluding those which indicate no Daemon Prince or Chaos Lord only). That means, I believe, that the only way to get a Black Mace in the game would be to use an allied detachment and take the Daemon Prince as the HQ and deck him out per normal. *It is a pity they made the Blade of the Relentless Chaos Lord only. It would have been a decent way, combined with the Slaughter's Horn to get a CSM Daemon Prince up to snuff against a CD Daemon Prince. :D

Since I see nothing which indicates otherwise, the appropriate Mark on CS Chaos Lord should make Plague Marines, Noise Marines, etc. scoring.

HRM. I suspect I need to go see if there is a Faq. Looking at the Relics carefully I see:

Crozius of the Dark Covenant is Dark Apostle only (so no Daemon Prince)
Blade of the Relentless is Chaos Lord only (so no Daemon Prince)
Daemonheart specifically excludes Daemon Princes. (Obviously no)
The Balestar of Mannon is Chaos Sorcerer only (so no Daemon Prince)

Which oddly leaves....

1) The Slaughterer's Horns
As a cheap way to give a Daemon Prince Furious Charge, Hammer of Wrath (which it already has) and the Rage special rules. Oddly the fluff doesn't quite fit a DP having a little helm, so one must presume if you bought this you put nice big horns on your DP?

2) Prophet of the Voices
Which is an expensive way to gain Fleet... but the DP would also have the Slave to the Voices. I'll have to play with this since a DP can't join anyone. I'll have to see if having a juiced up, likely fast ground DP with a better Invulnerable save some of the time is even advisable. I suspect decked out as a Tzentchy Sorcerer it might do something.

*The key thing is that as I read the rules, since the Daemon Prince is a character it CANNOT buy artifacts regardless of most of them being disallowed for the Daemon Prince.

It is a known bug in Army Builder that the Lords make Cult Elites into Troops only if you use the base CSM list. Crimson Slaughter and Black Legion have this bug. If you know how to use the Army Builder Editor I can tell you where you need to make the change to fix this issue, otherwise just make the list with the Cult Troops as Elites and manually mark the output to note that they're Troops.
