Hi Guys, heres an Ulthwe Eldar army I painted a little while ago at Golem Painting studio. Probably the biggest army I have done so far and I felt like sharing it with the world. Pretty pic heavy but hopefully worth it. At the time this was the most airbrush intensie job I had worked on and it really put my skills to the test. This is my first post here so I thought id make it a biggie:cool:

It looks fantastic. I'm in the middle of airbrushing my own eldar army, and I'm a bit jealous. I really like the face on the home color on the models, but I like the way you did the black even more.

Any chance we can get a rundown of how you did the black on the different models?

Hi Capt, the black on the big things(tanks, wraith knights/guards, walkers, bikes) is mostly airbrushed. Simply hit the edges with a medium/dark grey and then go on super fine and only on the most prominent areas/edges with a lighter grey. Then carefully edge highlight a few places with a regular brush. Hope this helps
