I was doing what I sometime do and going to links from links on BoLS frontpage links. And I have found some awesomeness I thought I ought to share - you might know these guys but if not its worth a look.
Firstly, the Blog 'Officio Convertorum'.
I will let you make your own opinions but what caught my eye was the Primaris Psyker that will hopefully come up at link. It is such a simple effective conversion and well painted. Also, if you poke around the side, Jes Goodwin and John Blanche both pop up and make comment...

Next, something called Guardsman-a-Day.
He is currently doing something called Forty Days of Robots where he has used 40K bits to scratchbuild an exclusive one off robot. I think they are fantastic and also it is fund trying to guess the bitz. This is food for thought for an Admech army for sure.
