Well i just dug out and finish painting my CSM army and i was wondering if it is viable to play anymore what do you guys think?

It looks like a good basic idea.

Things to think about:
Typhus is good, but you want to be making use of all of his abilities if you take him as he's quite expensive. Zombies are always good. You may want to consider taking a (much cheaper) Nurgle Chaos Lord instead at this points level.

You've only listed 4 of your 5 Terminator weapons. I assume you have two Power Weapons, not one.

I think it would be good to have three slightly smaller squads of Plague Marines. Don't mix special weapons, you should have two of the same weapon or you'll always have one of them being slightly less efficient at whatever they're doing. Don't bother with Plasma Pistols either, they've always been too many points and GW still don't seem to understand that. Especially so as you aren't getting the bonus attack in close combat from it, so if anything you should have a Combi-Weapon. You could also give the Champions Power Axes (or in this case you could give them scythes because Nurgle) instead of Power Fists. They could have a Combi-Melta and Power Axe in a Melta squad and still have a Bolt Pistol for the extra Power Axe attack.

Probably leave the Champion bare in a Plasma squad, or maybe take a Combi-Plasma for when you get into Rapid Fire range. Not really worth taking a special close combat weapon as they won't be able to charge after firing the Plasma Guns anyway. Even if they do end up in close combat, Plague Knives are awesome. With their greater resilience and re-rolls to wound they'll usually beat most enemy squad leaders anyway. Plasma squads are also able to stay at longer range and still do their job, meaning they're better for capturing objectives slightly further out of the fight.

I would say depending on which Combi-Weapons you give your Terminators, give one squad the same as the Terminators and the other two whatever they don't have. For example if you have the Terminators with Combi-Plasma, give one Plague Marine squad Plasma Guns and the other two squads Meltaguns.

Try to get more guys in the Havoc squad if you can, as it is every casualty you take after the first is killing an Autocannon.
