Dose anyone know of any decent female officer sculpts that would fit well with IG?
I am mainly looking for a torso that would fit with the normal IG add-ons, but something that would not take much converting would do.
Has to be officer as is my IG General.

Well ... There's the Kurganova sisters (http://www.ragingheroes.com/collections/complete-collection/products/kurganovas-sf) from Raging Heroes. They'll be coming out with a whole line of female-only I-Guard proxies in the next few months.
There's Kommander Sorscha (http://battlecollege.wikispaces.com/mkiiSorscha) and her epic (http://battlecollege.wikispaces.com/mkiiSorscha2) version from Warmachine.
On top of this, Victoria Lamb is supposedly come up with an all female (http://victoriaminiatures.highwire.com/) line soon.
These are just a few that come immediately to mind.

The Kurganovas are nice but they are a little... petite. They may look somewhat out of scale with the rest of the troops.

I don't know if they're too petite. I think they may be a bit overly sexualized, which may be a bit off-putting. That hasn't stopped me from purchasing them, mind you, but I might think twice about fielding them. That's why I am really eager for Raging Heroes to get out their "Toughest Girls in the Galaxy" line.

Try http://victoriaminiatures.highwire.com/. They are in proportion to normal IG

This is what Brian Wesley was talking about. I've considered using them myself. I don't know if the Sergeant looks quite enough like a General, but you could probably swap arms and throw on a coat from a commissar or something.

I would go with the VM female with the overcoat piece from the new Tempestus Scions.

Victoria's work is fantastic, no question, which is why I included her in my top list of three. Right now, though, she doesn't have anything like a general. That is not to say you couldn't modify her stuff into something like a general, however. It is to say you will have to, if you go that route. Hopefully she'll have a leader type out soon.
Aside: I love her "Michael Cain" Victorian Guard commander (ala the movie "Zulu"). That's one of my fav movies, and she executed on that piece beautifully. I've bought tons of her stuff. I probably won't field any of it (stylistically they don't match my army themes), I simply love her work.

Scale varies quite a bit - a lot of models are simply too tall and look stupid next to regular IG. There are some neat old i-Kore figures from Scotia Grendel, though you might find them a bit smallish.
"Viktoria Skivlana" from Warforge:

Also, there's the "Resistance Fighters" from Statuesque Miniatures:

(historical, but some of them can be made to work)

Brilliant, thanks for posting that link.
I've seen it eBay but it has always been for silly money and have never been able to find out who makes it.
