Archaeologists may have found the tomb of Atilla the Hun in Hungary (http://worldnewsdailyreport.com/hungary-archeologists-discover-tomb-of-attila-the-hun/).

Very nifty if confirmed.

"These objects include a large sword made of meteoric iron, which could certainly be Attila’s legendary “Holy War Sword of the Scythians'"

this part is awesome

Right? I live for the day someone finds a burial with armour of meteoric iron.:p

There is a lot of suspicion amongst some archaeologists that people in Mongolia know where Ghenghis Khan is buried but don't want him disturbed so they keep quiet and just let foreign teams in to look when they know they are in the completely wrong area.

Much like the Chinese keep finding excuses not to open the First Emperor's tomb.

Apparently it was a hoax (http://www.ancient-origins.net/news-history-archaeology/does-newly-discovered-tomb-hungary-belong-attila-hun-001488), very annoying.
