Broodlord "equals" to a "3-aliens" blip; does it means that - if slayed - he can be played again?

No, this is not how it works. The Broodlord (old timers like me call the Patriarch) is a very powerful, old, purestrain Genestealer. Once he is dead, that is usually mission success for Marines.
Unless it specifically states that he is resurrected (which it never will), then consider that idea dead.
