The roadways are tiled so as to be re-arrangable, and the buildings also sit on tiles to be similarly re-arrangable.

And this hopefully shows the scale of it. It makes for epic levels of scenery for a 4' x 6' table, or the buildings can also be used standalone to put a lot of cover onto a larger table.
