So force weapons cause instand death, and you take the test after you wound, you pass and its insta kill. Ok but what if you fight a unit with multi wounds? Say my librarian fights Ogryns and he wounds 2, does he kill 2 ogryns or just kill 1 ogryn that got 2 wounds?

all wounds are allocated one at a time. test after the first

So
wound 1 > take test > pass > 2 die
wound 1 > take test > fail > 1 take 2 wounds

So
wound 1 > take test > pass > 2 die
wound 1 > take test > fail > 1 take 2 wounds

The first.
All wounds are allocated and completely resolved one by one, according to the rules. Players group and roll them in bunches when it makes no difference, but in a situation like this one it would make a difference and they should be handled one at a time.

As a side note, this does mean that the Black Mace forces a Toughness test on the target every time it wounds, not once after all wounds are resolved.

Also, don't forget that to cause Instant Death a Force Weapon uses a Warp Charge. It's not an automatic thing so if the Psyker doesn't have any Warp Charge points left its just a Power Weapon.

So how does a unit of force weapons work (aka grey knights)? 10 guys, 10 force weapons, who has the warp charge....one for the sergeant?

Regular old Brotherhood of Psykers. The warp charge is generated by the unit, but makes psychic tests with the justicar's Leadership (assuming he's still alive).

So one test = the units force weapons all cause instant death?

That's correct. As the codex says at page 54, "Note that a unit of Grey Knights with the Brotherhood of Psykers special rule needs to take only a single Psychic test to 'activate' all of its force weapons (although independent characters must still roll separately). If the test is passed, all wounds caused by the unit's Nemesis force weapons that phase inflict instant death."

OK...and last question: if the "leader of the unit" gets destroyed, can the unit still make a Brotherhood of Psykers test?

Yes indeed. As Brotherhood of Psykers specifies, "The unit uses the Leadership of ... the unit, if there isn't a character (or he is dead)."
