In the Horus heresy/forge world model, Imperials have models in this category, Chaos have models, what about the other xenos? Do they have any special models from this special/forge world only category?

There are no Xenos, or plans for them in the Horus Heresy range. Astartes Legions(technically not current marines or CSM, though there are certainly models you could use for both/either coming or already released), Mechanicus, Imperial Army and Sisters of Silence are all planned, but no non-Imperial based factions.

Nobody knows yet. It didn't even have a name until Horus was given rules in FW's Betrayal book (Worldbreaker), and in the older fluff (read: very old, Mike McVey diorama and the artwork that inspired it (http://www.warseer.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=119486&d=1317840460) etc) Horus actually had two lightning claws when he fought the Emperor.

He Acquired the Mace in the HH CCG IIRC.

Cool a friend and I were wondering about what happened to gorefather when Angron got his sword and became a Daemon Primarch.
