I'm trying to get it off the ground. funding it personally with my own money and free time. the reception have been pretty good so far.

Have you considered the kickstarter/crowd funding route?

If I'm honest I don't think I need to(so far) as not long after posting it up the orders have started coming it almost faster than i can produce. the main issue is time and kickstarters can't give me any more of that :(
