Era thing pigment issue

Hello so I am using weighing pigments for my first dime. I am dry brushing them on and the fixing with isopropyl alcohol. When I go to seal the model it almost looks like the pigment is oxidizing. Has anyone else had issue and knows how to fix it. I am really hoping I don't have to repaint the weathered areas. I've attached a couple pictures. Pardon the cell phone pics. Thanks for your help.

I had that happen on a couple models, I believe it's actually the alcohol's fault. I tried the FW "flood the piece to drag the pigments down naturally" trick and the whole model went foggy white.
