I recently finished my Ironclad and will be using it in a game. If it fires its hurricane bolters can it still assault? The rules for assaulting with a walker say the assault and are assaulted like infantry models.

Furthermore, the rapid fire rules state that MODELS that shoot a rapid fire weapon cannot assault. I'm just not sure about this because walkers are vehicles and not infantry, and are exempted from the movement penalties while shooting. Do these exemptions apply toward assaulting?

It can still assault after firing its hurricane bolter. You're right that the Rapid Fire rule would normally restrict it from assaulting, except that your dreadnought, as a vehicle, has Relentless. As page 71 says, "Vehicles always have the Relentless special rule."
