I have been building this fella on and off for the last year. With no real rules to run him I allying Space Wolves with Grey Knights and using him as a DreadKnight in order to play him. In light of the new rule rumors I thought I would start beefing my Knight up for a possible game!

100 percent scratch build from bits I found of made. His torso is still under construction. I will also modify the claw arm. Although he is a Space Wolf at heart I may just make a Chainsword for now until I can perfect the claw... He does however have a "Chainsword Jaw" if you look close.

What are your opinions? Ideas?

He stand 28 meters tall in scale... From all I could gather a Knight is 30 meters...

Very impressive in scale and speed of production. Considering we only just saw the rules for Knights in the last day or so. I take it will be a Knight Errant with the large melta baster?

To me at least it looks very Chaosy. More specifically Khornate. The head in particular from the side looks like a Juggernaut head. If it was made more wolf-like, it would take some of the Chaos feel out. Maybe just around the flamer bits at the top, while leaving the jaw engine bits exposed. From the looks of it the flamers are the nose, while the handle area is the eye sockets.

Great use of the trench lighter. It certainly has the size to make a believable titan killer weapon.

This is an interesting model, so far ... though I find it a bit hard to read properly unprimed in these photos.

I'm curious ... what exactly is a trench lighter?

Trench lighter were so named because they were popular in ww1... or so I am told. I bought this replica in an army surplus store years ago and it was just laying around.

Thanks for your input guys. I am fleshing the beast out some more. I should play it's first game this weekend if I can get those rules allowed from the snap shot.

A lighter used in the trenches (trench warfare WWI and WWII). Varous designs were made, often from bullet casing. The most important part is that they smoulder rather than flame which makes them more wind resistant and makes it harder for snipers to spot soliders' heads when sparking up. There was a supersition at the time that if three men shared a match to light up then one of the three would be shot.
