No I don't think it is. the Mekboy Junka is the looted Rhino-roller-thingy across from the Mega def dread.
Still, I have know better idea for what it could be apart from a Mekboy to go with the Gretchin weapon crew

It does. I would say it could be chaos, but there's no symbols of any chaos anything in there so it has to be Ork.

screams mekboy to me and looks quite nice. FW seem to be doing quite a good job of their orky stuff so far

To me, that arm looks orky, but no matter what it is, it looks like it good be a good looking model; I love Forgeworld texturing:cool:
