My guess would be more Cephalyx stuff. These guys look like dredges on steroids.

The real question is whether they get their own Faction, Merc contract or just continue to stay as Cryx allies? I know a there's an upcoming Cephalyx warcaster coming up soon.

It looks like there are several of them, which would suggest they're the new Drudge sculpts.

There has been a lot of speculation about a new Hordes faction to mirror Cyriss. Some of that speculation has been that they will be a Hordes-themed undead faction - possibly the Orgoth, or something like them - with rage-filled stitched-together undead monstrosities that need to be controlled.

Seems plausible.
