Currently working on some Eldar after many years thinking about it. There will be a blue theme running through the army.

Thank you for the comments, the snow effect is from GW it's easy to glue on and looks pretty natural.

I like the banshees a lot. I do think a touch of shadow in their blue robes would make them pop a bit more, and maybe paint purple or blue gems on their armor, but that's very nice armor and contrasting colors.

like the concept and to give it that edge I think there might be something you would like to do. you cane make the avatar more elemental like these 6815
it would give it a colder look to it to match the base he is standing on
