1850 Necron list need advice

Hi im new in Wh40k i need advice and tactic i could do vs the following race any tips would be nice here is my lists :
1 list
HQ:
-Orikan 165 / Catacomb Barge ( can i make him start inside the barge ? )=245pts
-Nec Overlord , warscythe, semp,mindshak 130 pts / Cat barge 80 pts=210pts

Fast:
- 5 Wraiths , 1 wc = 185 pts
- 5 wraiths , 1 wc = 185 pts
- 5 wraiths = 175 pts
elite:
-5 deathmarks + despairtek ( abys staff + veil 30pts) 150 pts

Troops:
-5 Nw + night scythe = 165 pts
-5 Nw + night scythe = 165 pts
-5 immortal (tesla carbine)+ night scyhte = 185 pts
Heavy:
-1 Ann barge= 90pts
-1 ann barge=90pts

2 list
HQ:
- 1 Nec Over, ws,semp,ms 130 pts + barge 80pts= 210pts
- 1 nec over ,ws,semp,ms + barge = 210
Fast:
-6 wraith + 1 wc = 220 pts
-6 wraith + 1 wc = 220 pts

Troops:
- 5 nw + ns= 165pts
- 5 nw + ns= 165pts
- 5 immortal tesla+ns= 185pts
- 5 nw+ despairtek veil= 120 pts
heavy:
1 ann barge= 90
1 ann barge= 90
1 doom scythe= 175 pts
I play vs Tau and CSM most of the time and i have a big problem during my first turn vs Tau since most of the time its an open field the Tau have at least 2 rounds that he have free hits on my units before i can reach him i dont know how i can prevent that. Sometime i remove the second HQ for a Destroyer lord that i attach with the wraiths and remove the doom scythe for a third barges. Any idea or advice to play with what i have ?

Hi my friend takes Necrons and he loves to have four squads of warriors and he puts a res orb with them. They are tough to kill and and gauss everything to death. Drop the death marks, get more big guns. He has beaten me every time we play. Nice lists though.

I removed the Sempiternal Weave from both of your Overlords since when the are in the barges they have a 2+ save and I gave them a Phase Shifter as replacement because they will be vulnerable to high strength low ap weapons when the barges are destroyed.

Fast:
-6 wraith + 3 wc = 240 pts
-6 wraith + 3 wc = 240 pts

Three whip coils in each squad is s much better then one period!

Troops:
- 5 nw + ns + harbinger of the storm (rc1) + harbinger of the storm (rc2) 215
- 5 nw + ns + harbinger of the storm (rc1) + harbinger of the storm (rc2) 215
- 5 nw + ns + harbinger of the storm (rc1) 190

These units will kill any thing that has an armour value without fail

heavy:
1 ann barge w/ tesla cannon 90
1 ann barge w/ tesla cannon 90
1 ann barge w/ tesla cannon 90

Not much to be said here other they will fill any roll you need them to at any given moment.
