4000 point Nids apoc list

I'm about to play a friendly apoc with my local gaming club and I'm expecting tons of tanks and heavy weapon teams (Devestators, Havics, etc). So, I thought I'd counter with Nidzilla. It's 4 vs 4 and up to 4000 a player, this is the biggest game I ever played. I left some points open for biomorphs and I'm thinking of Old One Eye as my warlord and I'm really not sure what asset to take. Anyone have any thoughts, comments or advice?

Are you allowed to simply ignore the FOC then? One unit of troops seems a little sparse. 1-2 more units of 30 Termagants or Hormagaunts would give you and your allies some deep strike prevention. Are any of your allies taking a superheavy? Wrap it in Termagants so it doesn't die to Drop Podding Sternguard Veterans on turn 1!

I would cut the Dakkatyrant on foot and his 1 Tyrant Guard out to pay for some more bodies. Your team will appreciate it. You can get almost 80 Termagants with those points!

Well, we haven't drawn allies yet but I know the group has a Stompa, something called a Brass Scorpion, something called a Stormhawk and the IG play is talking about 7 baneblades and something called a Command Leviation. Hmmm, I do have an old toy Godzilla and stand like 2 feet tall and 3 feet long (it roars, it's so cool) maybe I can talk to them about use it as a Biotitan.
