Well, if you modified the map format so it was no longer the game-board and gave them full credit and acknowledgment you should be fine. Similar to how scholarly documents can use figures and images that belong to others as long as they give proper recognition. Failing all that, you could draw up your own map using that as a base.

I'm pretty sure it was a GW publication at some point. However, it seems like all the links that might go to it are obsolete. I'll keep working it from my end. I know it must be out there somewhere. IT IS A HOLY QUEST!!!
