Nope.
I believe it clearly states in the SW codex, in the WG unit entry, which units they can attach to.

No, unlike most IC's wolf guard are quite specific in their unit entry about which units they can attach to, so they can only join Grey Hunters, Blood Claws, Wolf Scouts, Swift Claws and Long Fangs.
