If i have one wolf claw equiped, do i still benifit from the extra attack with a pistol?

No, because wolf claws are lightning claws according to page 60 of the codex. Thus, they include all of a lightning claw's bonuses, and all of a lightning claw's limitations, in addition to the abilities spelled out on page 60.
